- 57 years old, born in Gerona, Tarlac, to Rev. Nicanor Manuel Pacheco and Estelita Pascua
- 32 years as a Pastor
- Vice Chairman, PCC Council on Finance & Adm.
- Central Conference Secretary (2016 – 2022)
- District Superintendent (2010 – 2018)
- Clergy Delegate to the Philippines Central Conference for 6 consecutive Sessions since 2000 to 2024
- Attended the 2016 and 2024 General Conference held in Oregon and North Carolina, USA respectively as Reserved Clergy Delegate
- Trustee (2008-2025 and Board Secretary(2019-2025) of Mary Johnston Hospital
- Served as Chairman of different Boards, Councils, and Committees in the District and Annual Conference level
- District UMYF Vice President (1987-1988) and District UMYF President (1989-1992)
- A graduate of Civil Engineering, Master of Divinity at UTS and Doctor of Ministry at WDS

Growth in the number of Local Churches.
As for me and my family, we will serve the LORD.
